Our friend Mike set up a snow boarding trip to Tahoe with a group of about 10 people, 6 of us from Savannah.
We spent the time off the slopes playing cards, sitting in the hot tub and watching the Olympics.
The slopes were beautiful and the views of the lake with snow covered grounds all around were amazing.
Katie, Janelle and Brent just hitting Heavenly for the day.
Not bad to look at as you board down the hill.

Since we were only an hour and 45 min away from Fallon I got to spend a day there and visiting with the family.
We didn’t take pictures until the end of the day, but I was able to see Uncle Dave’s amazing hand tool shop he built in an extra bedroom of his house, his adorable puppy that reminds me A LOT of Daisy even though she is a different color. Also Trevor (who is almost as tall as me!) played some guitar and we spent a lot of time visiting talking over Kenzie’s college plans and life in general. It was a great day for me.
I also drove by the Mangini family house. A Hawaiian couple is living there now and has about 300 plants/decorations out front to make it feel a little tropical for them.
