This morning we were able to take our first family bike ride.

Z showing off his crash test look with his new helmet.

Getting the trailer straps fitted to him, which ended up getting frustrating for him so we had to take a break back inside after this phase.

Then we were off. We stayed around the neighborhood and the street out by our house because none of the roads around here have bike paths.

We need to get a bike rack for the Cruz so we can take the bikes out to the islands were there are great bike trails and paths all over, hopefully that will happen soon.

This is an actual farm house maybe a mile or so from our house. I am pretty sure it was built a couple hundred years ago. Not one lives in this portion currently it is used as more of a storage area or outbuilding. I can only assume that the road came after the house, it goes right through their property between the houses.

In this photo you can see the newer farm house on the right side of the road is where the family lives, it is probably a hundred years old at least, very cool looking place though. And one of the few places to see cows in Georgia, we always “moo” at them and try to get them respond which they usually do.

This afternoon a storm came in (which it will for the next 30 days), and cools off the area. We went into historic Savannah and went around to a few places. Went to Paris Market and drank an Italian soda, the cupcake shop and walked around the neighborhoods toward the South of the district. I forgot to take pictures except of while Zachary and I were waiting in the Hyatt as Austin went down to River street to get a drink, but it was a relaxing “vacation” style day.

Last weekend Austin went camping with a couple friends, since I was home entertaining Z all weekend alone I decided to get him a new toy to help.

He’s actually pretty good and has a blast banging away at them. He is still working on how to keep playing the drums and dance along with his tunes at the same time.

Here is a picture of him performing a new trick he taught himself. He can now shoot "cheerios” across the room with his finger. I didn’t care to stop him because he was laughing so hard I couldn’t help but just laugh along with him. Plus Daisy really appreciates all the cereal on the floor for her to clean up. I really wanted to get a video of him because he was laughing so hard he could hardly breath. Of course when I got the camera out he stopped.

And I’ll end with pictures of naked Baby Z playing football with Austin.
