Our littlest baby is 11months old, already. He has become such a big boy, he loves his brother. Jeremiah will follow Z around the house and laugh at almost anything Z does. He is also a sensative baby and loves his mama and daddy. He doesn't have a doctor appointment this month so we don't know his stats, however he has continued to grow. He is solid into the 2T size and some 24 month clothes are getting too tight.
He is a very smiley baby as well. And just before his 11 month birthday his seventh tooth came in. This makes his smile a very toothy smile. Four on top and three on the bottom.
He is doing great with his fine motor skills, he has always done very well in this area. He can feed himself tiny pieces of food no problem. He has been behind on the gross motor skills (crawling, sitting up, walking, standing, etc). Likely root cause is the fact that he is abnormally large and it is more difficult to move a large mass compared to the average smaller mass. But we were still glad to see him make huge leaps in this area this month. He crawls around completely now, no more army crawling, all fours crawling. And he will pull himself to standing effortlessly using anything in his reach. He can cruise all around and looks like he could even walk on his own if he would try. He is so mobile we have had to start being more careful with where we leave items because he can reach much higher than one would expect a little baby to be able to reach.
This is how I wave.
We have been giving him more table food and to this point he has been able to eat anything we give to this point. Avocado, waffle, sweet potato, etc. He eats all types of foods in his baby food as well and thankfully no reactions. He has not had dairy, fish, nuts or honey. After his first birthday we might start introducing a few of those things (except fish he can't try until he is >3). It is amazing to have a child that is a normal eater. It makes it fun to give him new foods and watch him enjoy. We hope to have him off formula in the next month or two.
Failed attempt at getting a picture with Jeremiah's blanket.
Perhaps he is getting another tooth, or is just a baby because he wouldn't sit still unless he was eating something.
Austin thinks he is getting cute and coming into his face. I think this means he is starting to lose his baby face and starting to take on his more permanent looking boy face. He definitely has his own personality.
And in preparation for his 1 year mark, here is the birthday invitation for his first birthday party.
I thought I would post it here since most of you who read this blog don't live in the area and therefore won't see it otherwise.
Happy 11 months to our littlest baby! We love you!

It's hard to believe he's almost a year! (And you may have to quit calling him your littlest baby soon-maybe your youngest) He's sure a cutie!
Happy 11 months to Jeremiah! He is so happy and so handsome!
