1 week old, Sunday October 28th

IMG_2921

Jeremiah turned one week old.  It was our first day all together as a family at home without company.  That first week went by way to fast with all the other activities outside of just enjoying our new baby.  So this week’s focus is family time, foot prints, baby photos, Halloween costumes, etc.

We decided to do at home church (our church has the sermons available on the internet if you can’t get there in these type of situations) to avoid the germs of the season if we can and then spent most of the day just getting caught up on little things.  One of the best memories from this day…we had to make a quick run to the grocery store for about a dozen items.  Austin stayed in the car with the babies and I ran in.  Jeremiah started to get worked up being in his car seat and Zachary reached over as far as he could to gently rub Jere’s leg and said some words Austin couldn’t understand in a very sweet calming voice.  It was definitely a sweet big brother moment of Z trying to calm down Jeremiah and take care of him.  Zach is starting to become more and more interested in the baby.  Not so much in playing with him but just points him out a lot “baby.”

Here are the random pictures from Jeremiah’s one week birthday…
