There are just too many things that need to be out charging in our house that didn't have a permanent "home." The solution for us was to put together a charging station with items from around the house.
We are doing the book The Total Money Makeover (which we highly recommend) and there is no budget for furniture right now so we had to move things around and make it work.
There is a plug for all phones, baby monitors, Ipads, computers and Wii Controllers.
Oh and there just happened to be a cute baby sleeping next to it when I took these photos (this was in the January time frame I believe).
All the cords from the top view but no one can see this, not even Austin. Surge protector in the bin that everything plugs in to so just a small cord sticks out the side whole.
We are much happier not to have things on the counter anymore.
Zachary colored a picture on the Ipad the other day and I took a photo of the finished work of art.
We have been eating fruit smoothie frequently again and been adding in broccoli leaves, kale or other greens from our farm box. It works to get the good for you greens into our diet without having to cook them.
These next group of photos was take the first two weeks of February.
Zachary is really out growing the baby bath tub but it seems like such a waste to fill the entire tub for a bath. He more takes a bath in a bucket. One day soon I would like to fill the bathtub and let him swim around like a pool, it is large tub for me so I am sure he would have a blast.
He must have an item in his mouth.
Zachary's showing his brother some love during his bedtime routine.
These photos are from the end of January but we have continued to take many walks around the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoy the double jogging stroller we purchased.
Well that catches up January and February so now I just need to get some of the March activities updated. This coming weekend will be celebrating both St. Patrick's Day which is the largest holiday of the year in these parts as well as Zachary's second birthday. Then shortly after Jeremiah will turn 5 months old, there is a lot going on this week!

I like the double stroller! Z looks big and J looks a little more like a baby still. You guys do such fun things!
1. Great idea with the cords.
2. Totally cool on the Total Money Makeover. We did it back in 2005 and have been very happy we did.
3. Broccoli is not a fruit. Ergo it does not go in a fruit smoothie. Please return your blender as you clearly cannot be trusted with such a powerful piece of machinery.
